The Dolphins dominated the first half, jumping to a remarkable lead of five goals. Just 44 seconds into the game, sophomore midfielder Emmet McDermott got the scoreboard rolling with his sixth goal of the season. It didn’t take long for the momentum to build as senior midfielder Ryan Eisenmann found the back of the net, thanks to an assist from McDermott, making it 2-0 just three minutes into the match.
